Just want to show my appreciation to the work that Darren as put into this particular sale. I believe he has gone above and beyond the call of duty in his role. His customer service is exceptional ... always patient, provides information is a timely manner, shows care in the customer, listens and responds, and is very knowledgeable in the market. Just wanted to say thanks for all your efforts. I've spoken with a few people since we started this process and never really heard of anyone having a great experience with a realtor as a first-time buyer. Fortunately for us ours was the opposite. Your responses to e-mails and calls was prompt (most often instant) and Sandra's willingness and availability to show us houses was a big advantage in us being able to purchase the house we wanted. Your level of competence was unquestioned and your advice was valuable and respected. In retrospect I know we selected the best agents in the city and I will certainly share that sentiment with any and all who will listen.
